1. Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to purchase lottery tickets from No.1 Lotto Limited.
  • Residency: Prizes can only be claimed within Papua New Guinea.

2. Governing Law

  • Operator Information: The lottery is conducted by No.1 Lotto Limited.
  • Legal Framework: Governed by the Gaming Act 2007 of Papua New Guinea.

3. Ticket Purchase and Ownership

  • Final Sale: No exchanges or refunds will be issued for tickets purchased.
  • Ticket Responsibility: Possession of the ticket is the sole responsibility of the player. Keep your ticket safe and secure.
  • Acceptance of Terms: Possession of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Prize Claims

  • Prizes up to K500:
    • May be claimed from any authorized agent of No.1 Lotto Limited.
    • Agents may pay prizes up to K500 or as otherwise authorized or approved.
  • Prizes over K500:
    • Must be claimed directly from No.1 Lotto Limited or as otherwise authorized.
  • Verification Required:
    • Winners may be required to provide the original purchase receipt and valid identification.
    • Prizes will only be paid after successful verification of the ticket.

5. Ticket Validation

  • Verification Process:
    • A prize is not payable if the ticket does not satisfy verification processes, including code verification and any tests implemented by No.1 Lotto Limited to determine ticket validity and prize winnings.
  • Invalid Tickets:
    • Tickets that are counterfeit, altered, or tampered with are void.
    • Any attempt to counterfeit or alter a ticket will lead to legal action to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. No Refunds or Exchanges

  • All Sales Final: Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

7. Disputes

  • Binding Decision:
    • In the case of any disputes regarding ticket validity, prize claims, or any other matter, the decision of No.1 Lotto Limited is conclusive and binding.
  • Legal Proceedings:
    • Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Papua New Guinea.

8. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability:
    • No.1 Lotto Limited is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.
    • The company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of a ticket.

9. Amendments

  • Right to Amend:
    • No.1 Lotto Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
    • Changes will be effective upon posting on our official website or other communication channels.
